A Victim of Fraud

As a victim of fraud, I found myself having to prove to the IRS not only my losses but three years of amended returns. It was at this point that I realized my current CPA was not experienced enough to represent me during this extensive tax issue. I was fortunate enough that a colleague led me to Kenneth E. Manning.
