25 Years Later — Trusted Advisor and Friend

Ken Manning has been my personal and business tax accountant for 25 years or so.  I first called Ken when I received an IRS audit notice for a Subchapter S return prepared by another accountant.  He worked with me nights and weekends over a 4 or 5 month period until the audit was complete.  The audit concluded with no change in the company's taxable income.  Although this episode was many years ago, I still remember the respect shown to Ken by IRS personnel.  He was always one step ahead of their questions with his sharp mind and thorough preparation.  Ken has been my tax accountant and friend ever since.
